Privacy Policy — Jackpot Predictor

This Privacy Policy explains what data Jackpot Predictor (“we”, “the service”) processes when you use the site, and how we handle it. The service is a statistical football analysis tool. It does not require an account and does not accept bets or payments.

What we process

Pasted fixture text — the team names and fixtures you type or paste.
Uploaded screenshots and PDFs — images or PDF files of jackpot fixtures you upload.
Basic technical data — your IP address and request time, used only for rate limiting and to keep the service available. We do not build advertising profiles.

How uploaded files are used

Uploaded screenshots and PDFs are used only to extract fixture data (the team names and competition) so we can generate predictions. After the fixtures have been read, the uploaded file is deleted after processing and is not stored on our servers — unless a copy is explicitly retained for debugging a specific problem, in which case it is held temporarily, used only to fix the issue, and then removed.

Third-party processing

To produce results we send the necessary content to two service providers:

Anthropic (Claude) — your pasted text or uploaded image/PDF is sent to read the fixture list. It is processed to return team names only.
API-Sports — resolved team names are used to fetch recent match results and form. Only team names/identifiers are sent; your uploaded file is never shared with API-Sports.

These providers process the data under their own terms and privacy policies for the sole purpose of returning the requested information.

Cookies

The app does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary for the page to function.

Data retention

Pasted text and uploaded files are processed in memory to generate a result and are not retained afterwards (subject to the debugging exception above). Team form data fetched from API-Sports may be cached briefly to speed up repeat requests.

Your choices

Because we don’t hold accounts or store your inputs after processing, there is generally nothing to delete. If you believe a debugging copy of your upload should be removed, contact us and we will remove it.

Children

This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at minors.
