By using Jackpot Predictor (“the service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Jackpot Predictor is an informational, statistical analysis tool. It reads a list of football fixtures and produces model-based estimates — outcome probabilities, expected goals, recent form, a risk rating and double-chance suggestions — using a Poisson model and third-party football data.

2. Not betting advice

The service does not accept bets, stakes or payments and is not a bookmaker. Its output is not betting advice, financial advice, or a tip, and no outcome is guaranteed. Football results are uncertain. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service. Gambling may be restricted or illegal where you live; it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or its rate limits.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful.
Do not rely on the service as your sole basis for any wager or financial decision.

5. Accuracy and availability

Predictions depend on third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and on automated reading of your input which can make mistakes. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or uptime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses (including gambling losses), damages or costs arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
